-▶ A: I remember a time when I had a very uncomfortable experience on a bus. It occurred last month on a Monday evening while I was on my way home. The bus was packed with people, so most of us had to stand. There was a man standing next to me who was red in the face and seemed very drunk. Within minutes, he was yelling at the bus driver about his driving and getting upset with other passengers for no reason. Since he was acting irrationally, I tried to take my mind off of what was happening by listening to music. But he was just too loud to ignore. To put an end to the situation, for me at least, I got off at the next stop and got on another bus. I think I made a good decision. The next bus was less crowded, and I was able to get a seat. I learned from that encounter that it’s sometimes better to walk away than to be caught up in an incident like that.+----
